You've selected the weld-on triple clamp kit. The weld-on kit is relatively easy to install and only requires 2 small welds about 1/2" wide on both sides of the tower. We give you step by step pictured instructions and this process can be completed easily by a qualified welder in less than 30 minutes, usually. You can click on and view the instructions on this page to see what's involved. 2003-2012 KTM 85's and all 105's come with 7/8"bars. This triple clamp is designed for oversize bars. If 7/8" bars are going to be used, select the box below to accept bar reducer bushings. *The stock 7/8" bars on these models are to low and do not allow the damper to fit under the cross bar. The triple clamp Combo kit is our most popular value. Machined from a 6061 billet block of aluminum and then anodized to give your model that "Factory bike" look, while increasing performance in strength, stability, steering and add clamping surface. In most cases the kit includes a Billet Aluminum Scotts/BRP Triple Clamp with matching anodized barclamp, Scotts Stabilizer, Linkarm, Frame Bracket, all the necessary hardware, step by step instructions and an Owners Manual! This is approximately a $150 savings over the individually priced parts, a truly great value! The Scotts/BRP Triple Clamps recieved the highest 5-star rating in Dirt Rider and Dirt Bike Magazines. They are very attractive and extremely functional. We also make some triple clamps exclusively that cannot be found anywhere but at Scotts. These are designed to use 1 1/8" (28mm) oversize handlebars, but can be converted back to standard 7/8" (22mm) diameter bars by using our optional bar-reducers.
