Top Mount mount

To see the parts and ordering options for your model, shop stabilizers by bike.

Shown here is the complete Triple Clamp Stabilizer kit. This includes the Scotts Stabilizer, 5-star rated billet BRP/SCOTTS triple clamp anodized to protect it from the elements, Oversized handlebar assembly, frame bracket, towerpin, all necessary hardware, step by step pictured instructions and Owner's manual. The oversized bars pictured are not included in the kit, but are available as an option here on our site.

Shown here is a photo of the weld-on kit complete. The photo may not be your exact model but depicts the same basic idea on how it will mount and look. Most models with standard diameter bars stock will require bars with a higher crossbar in order for the damper to physically fit in between the main bar and crossbar. Scotts offers a full selection of bars, should you need them. This kit requires 2 small welds to attach the verticle tower to the frame, a relatively simple operation. Each kit includes all the necessary hardware and step by step pictured instructions along with an Owners Manual. The stabilizer kit enhances the handling of the YZ80 considerably due to steep head angle.
